Včera jsme dámskou jízdu obohatily o jednoho Dobroně. Výsledkem byla pitka jaksepatří, byť s poměrně civilizovanou záminkou slušné večeře sestávající ze sushi, hektolitrů premiérového vína (díky, Márinko!) a několika speciálních efektů. Fotky v galerii i beze slov vypovídají o atmosféře večírku, o jeho následcích pak zase svědčí záznam několika výkřiků z dnešního rána. Voilá:
Mag: prasátko je trochu ňam a trochu ťutu.

Já: Magdi, třeba dneska ráno umíš vypadat úplně skvěle.

O ňadrech č. 6: Mag: to je peklo, to je prokletí!

Já (o 3 minuty později): to je strašlivý prokletí!

Po full english breakfast a dvou obrovských pancakes vydržela Magda celou hodinu a padesát šest minut neříct, že má strašnej hlad.
A nakonec Magda všem popřála veselé Veselé.

Potom jsme si dopřály úžasný tvaroh mixovaný s jogurtem, tunou kakaa a třtinovým cukrem. Dělala ho Magda a z fotky jasně vyplývá, kde jsme ho konzumovaly.

Yesterday, our usual girls' night was enhanced with one Dobroň. It resulted in a drinking show as it ought to be, albeit masked with a civilised excuse of decent dinner consisting of sushi and gallons of premiere wine (thanks, Márinko), and also a few special effects. Without words, the photos in the gallery speak volumes about the evening. On the other hand, the morning is well depicted by the following statements I jotted down from our chaotic converstations:

Mag: the piggy is a little yummy and a little "come here to cuddle".

Me: Magdi, this morning for example, you are really good at looking great.

About size F boobs: Mag: That's hell, that's a curse!
Me (three minutes later): It's such a terrible curse!

One full hour and fifty six minutes after a full English breakfast finished with two jumbo sized pancakes topped with maple syrup, Magda managed not to say that she is totally hungry.

In the end, she wished everyone a happy Happy.

After that, Magda treated us both to delicious mixed organic cottage with organic yoghurt, a ton of cocoa, and demerara sugar. The picture clearly shows where this dessert was consumed.

Today's post will begin with a recording of a magnificent Wednesday event at Honánek's place. The joint culinary feast for selected guests has been planned for some time, slowly, a center theme of Indian cuisine emerged, and in the end, we even managed to settle on a date. What I didn't expect was the exceptional gourmet luck we had both during the preparations and during the event itself. I was fairly ambitious in the recipe selection, as I was to make half of the planned items on the menu for the first time in my life. Thanks to the approaching Easter holidays, I ran across some lovely lamb legs in a local butchers'. I bought two of them and marinated them in a mixture of sour cream, almonds, cinnamon, and other spices for a dish called Raan. As I had plenty of time, I set them aside for full 12 hours and then pre-baked them for another five. At Honánek's place, we only had to wait for the final crust to form. As a result, we were rewarded with the tenderest, juiciest meat literally falling off the bones. With the starter, we were similarly lucky, finding totally fresh, unpeeled prawns in the supermarket (see the post bellow). I served them in a tandoori mixture of spices, nested in poppadum baskets. Side dishes included grilled aubergine, red lentils topped with spice fried onion, and my favourite Basmati with coconut milk. Desert wasn't planned at first, however, two days before the dinner, a recipe for grilled pineapple with caramel sauce somehow found its way to me, so I couldn't resist but to add it onto the menu. A number of those originally invited did not make it, however, in the end, a very pleasant, small company of eight people got together. The last thing to add is that litres of excellent red wine from Uruguay were consumed, Růženka fell in love with Piškot, and I finally met my brand new, wonderful sister-in-law, Mishtu.
