Včera dorazili Lukáš s Verunkou na další sushi večírek. Valnou část večera jsme tedy opět strávili s youtube, červeným tramínem, a spoustou japonského občerstvení. Tentokrát jsem jako první chod zimprovizovala i jakousi polévku na japonský způsob, ve které hrály roli houby, hovězí, nudle, kapusta a bílá ředkev, vše ve vývaru z kombinace miso a klasického kuřecího bujónu. Ač nešlo o žádný konkrétní recept, přesto se to povedlo. Sushi byla nakonec taková spousta, že ho Verunka s Lukášem dostali i domů, a dokonce se dostalo i na Růženu. Ráno se mi zdálo, že jí z toho sushi přes noc vyrostly uši...

Yesterday, Lukáš and Verunka arrived for yet another sushi party. Again, we spent most of the evening in the company of youtube, white wine, and tons of Japanese delicacies. As a starter, I improvised a Japanese-like soup which featured mushrooms, beef, noodles, savoy cabbage and mooli, all in a combination of miso and classic chicken broth. Although it may not have been too authentic, it tasted well. As we couldn't finish all that sushi on our own, Lukáš and Verunka got some to take home, and Růžena got a piece to try as well. In the morning, it seemed to me as if her ears had grown overnight; could this possibly have to do with the sushi she was given??? cod knows...
