Yesterday, I ran across fresh salmon trimmings and heads at Tesco's, so I decided to make some salmon soup. This decision has made one dog very happy (Růža has got a bowl full of scraps, which disappeared in a matter of seconds), and it provided us with a filling Saturday lunch. The flavour of salmon was well complemented with a few simple ingredients - namely dill, sour cream and carrot and parsnip florets, and finishing touch in the form of delicate, home-made wine vinegar made by Márty. Pictured as served - with a slice of fresh bread.
